For as long as I can remember I have experienced a natural energy awareness of the people I meet and places I visit.

Whether it be the comforting feel of a local wood, the mighty domination of a mountain range or the relaxing vibes of a calm sea, I have always noticed the incredible effect my surroundings often have on my feelings, emotions and wellbeing.

Getting to know my crystals and the impact their vibrational energy can have, has been a wonderful and inspiring journey and the Angels have certainly helped me along the way.

I am an Associate Member of The School of Natural Health Sciences and have achieved a Diploma in Crystal Healing with an A Grade - The highest grade given by the School. This is accredited by The International College of Holistic Medicine (ICM)

I am both a Certified Angel Harmonic Healing practitioner and Reiki practitioner. In addition, I attend regular CPD workshops around the country.

The spiritual element I bring into my work is something I have enjoyed the benefit of for most of my life. A connection between my higher self and the great universal energy (whatever you may choose to call it) has brought me safely through my life so far and I feel blessed that I have the ability to direct this healing energy to help others.

It has been my experience that this variety of healing techniques compliment each other nicely but individully they can work equally well in their own way.
